Cancellation at last

The consumer attempted to cancel her policy both by telephone and in person; however, despite her requests, the policy remained in force.

Subsequent efforts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful.

After more than a month of attempting to have the policy cancelled, she contacted our office for assistance.

We then reached out to the insurer, advised them of the circumstances, and they promptly processed the cancellation request.
