Allowed to keep her vehicle despite it being a total loss

The client contacted our office seeking assistance with an insurance claim involving her vehicle. She wished to retain her car despite the fact that the estimated repair costs exceeded the vehicle's value, which led the insurer to classify it as a total loss. We contacted the insurance company on the client's behalf to discuss her concerns and explore possible options.

Following our intervention, the insurer agreed, as a gesture of goodwill, to allow the client to keep her vehicle rather than proceed with the total loss settlement in the usual manner. The client was pleased with the outcome and appreciative of the assistance provided.
